I am an executive leader, HR strategist, and HSE expert with more than two decades of experience building safer workplaces, stronger leaders, and organizations where people can thrive.
My career has spanned some of the world’s most recognized organizations where I have led through growth, transformation, operational challenges, and organizational change. My approach brings together the disciplines of human resources, safety, psychology, learning, and business strategy. I believe the strongest organizations move beyond simply managing compliance and processes. They create systems that help people understand expectations, develop their capabilities, speak up, make better decisions, and do their best work.

We must seek to understand the natural conditions and environment of our people. It is only after gaining that insight that meaningful action can be taken.
