I’m a Senior Executive and HR Strategist with over 20 years of experience harmonizing people processes with complex HSE operations. I specialize in creating environments where physical safety and psychological security drive business results. Leveraging a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and an MBA, I transform high-risk operational environments into award-winning, 'safety-first' cultures that prioritize both regulatory compliance and employee well-being.

I am an established HS&E expert, HR consultant, and senior leader equipped with over two decades of success, applying systemic and sustainable approaches to promote workplace safety, manage compliance, and humanize central people processes.
